Carving Apartments

2100 Bank Street Ottawa, Ontario

For the comprehensive housing studio my partner and I designed an urban development for a hub station that is currently a parking lot at 2100 bank street. After we individually designed one building each on our development plan.

Carving apartments is a 6 story residential building with both retail spaces and apartments on the ground floor. It is a point access building with an emphasis on movement and a diversity in apartment types.
